Harvest season means cooking some of our favorite catering items. While our office catering menu is available year-round, we’re particularly fond of these quintessential Fall items when catering for office events.

Autumn Country Chicken Salad

We don’t think the delicious combination of cranberries and poultry should be a once-per-year kind of thing. Same goes for the fall flavors packed into traditional stuffing. Our Autumn Country Chicken Salad pairs all white-meat chicken with dried cranberries, pecans, scallions, and a hint of Dijon mustard for a nice preview of Thanksgiving right in the office. We might be catering for office events, but that doesn’t mean we don’t want it to taste like home.

Traditional Shepard’s Pie

A New England Fall classic. Well-seasoned ground beef (with our secret blend of seasonings), fluffy mashed potatoes, fall vegetables, and a bubbly cheesy crust make this dish irresistible. We prepare everything from scratch, and it’s gluten free if you’ve got sensitivities in the office (though you should call ahead if there is a severe allergy, like Celiac, so we can prevent cross-contamination).

Boxed Lunch

The best part about Fall is the outdoors. Take your office event outside for a picnic with a boxed lunch. Our lunches sport an assortment of deli sandwiches on fresh Ciabatta rolls, pasta or potato salad, potato chips, fresh baked jumbo chocolate chip cookies, and more. The weather will be too cold soon enough, so take your catering for office events out of the office while you still can.

Beef Burgundy

A classic French stew that Julia Child would be proud of. Hearty sirloin braised with fall vegetables and mushrooms in red wine and stock until it is fork-tender and coated in a delicious sauce. We serve it over egg noodles so your staff can enjoy every last bite.

Roast Turkey Dinner with Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, and Squash

Thankful for your staff? Thank them with a full, home-cooked Thanksgiving dinner complete with all the fixings. It’s all here, and just as good as at home (and maybe better, our executive chef Michael Klingensmith has cooked a lot of birds). We can even be there to carve, if you like.
