Cold Lunch Selections

Sandwich Board
An assortment of freshly made sandwiches to include turkey, ham & cheese, roast beef,
Italian, tuna salad, and veggie wraps, served with potato or pasta salad, potato chips & pretzels.

Deli Platter
Sliced turkey, roast beef, ham, and Genoa salami served on a platter with assorted cheeses, breads,
and condiments to build your own sandwiches. Served with potato chips & pretzels.

Wrap it Up
An assortment of wrap sandwiches—turkey, tuna salad, Greek salad, grilled balsamic chicken,
and roast beef, served with a Garden Salad, potato chips & pretzels.

Box Lunch
Assortment of deli sandwiches on a freshly baked bulkie roll, served with choice of potato
or pasta salad, potato chips, and a homemade jumbo chocolate chip or oatmeal raisin cookie.

Executive Box Lunch
Assortment of deli sandwiches on a freshly baked bulkie roll, served with choice of potato

Chilled Lo Mein noodles tossed with chicken and Asian vegetables in a light sesame ginger dressing,
presented on a bed of greens and finished with crispy wontons.

Classic Caesar salad with tender strips of grilled chicken breast.

Traditional Chef’s Salad
Assorted greens with ham, turkey, & Swiss cheese, garnished with tomatoes,
