Kevin Sullivan, Owner
A New Hampshire native, and 30 year resident of Hampton, Kevin began his career as the Bar Manager at the Galley Hatch Restaurant in 1985.

He became one of the three original founders of the catering company in 1996, and in 2013 bought his partners out to become the sole proprietor of Liberty Lane Catering. Catering is certainly a way of life for Kevin, as he in a hands-on, involved director, and oversees many of our events. He also personally meets with every bridal couple, and has an enormous thank you note collection from past and present clients. Kevin has served on the Governor’s Advisory Council on Unemployment Compensation since 1999, is a board member of the Dover Chamber of Commerce, and is actively involved in the Hampton Youth Association. He is also is a past Chairman of the New Hampshire Lodging & Restaurant Association. He and his wife, Starr have three children, and in his spare time, Kevin officiates local youth soccer and basketball games.

Karen Willis, General Manager
A native of New Hampshire, Karen has spent her entire career in the foodservice industry, and has been with Liberty Lane Catering since its inception nearly twenty years ago.

Having worked in every facet of the business, Karen truly knows Liberty Lane Catering inside and out. Her keen communication skills and organizational abilities, coupled with her excessive knowledge of the business, keep Liberty Lane Catering running smoothly.

 

Nick Minichello, Executive Chef

A talented restaurateur from East Boston, Executive Chef Nick Minichello brings over 30 years of culinary experience to the head of our culinary team.  Before joining Liberty Lane Catering, Nick was the owner/operator of Lena’s restaurant in Hampton for 16 years.  A true Greek, Nick loves all things food and in his free time often donates his catering skills to Saint Nicholas’ Greek church in Portsmouth, NH.  He lives in Hampton with his wife, three children, and adorable dog, Matty.  Fun fact:  Nick once swam across Lake Winnipesaukee!

 

Kristi Datro, Catering Manager
The newest member of our management team, Kristi has truly worked her way up in the company.

After recognizing her strong skills as an event server, Kristi was quickly promoted to Event Supervisor, and then on to Catering Manager. Her cool demeanor and her ability to manage multiple tasks at once, all while ensuring the client’s expectations are exceeded, makes Kristi a great asset to our team.
