Fifteen years ago, owner Kevin Sullivan started Galley Hatch Catering with a singular goal- to set the standard for quality service and catering using a team approach from owner and chefs to servers and bartenders.

In conjunction with the company’s recent move to stunning One Liberty Lane in Hampton, Kevin changed the name of the company from Galley Hatch Catering to Liberty Lane Catering.
